Ingredients

  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1 cup (125 g) frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla whey or pea protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. smooth almond butter
  • A handful of ice cubes

How to make it

  1. Place the banana, frozen raspberries, almond milk, protein powder, almond butter and ice in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
